CONDITION: Both rifle and scope are like new in the original boxes with paperwork. (B) Marlin Model 39 "Article II" commemorative rifle. 24" octagon barrel with full length magazine. Chambered in .22 S,L,& L.R. Two-piece straight grain walnut stock and forearm. Crescent style brass buttplate. Medallion on frame commemorating "THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS" "1871-1971" CONDITION: Like new in original box with original paperwork. -MKS-
