Men's Patek Philippe, Geneve, Switzerland, vintage square wristwatch in 18K yellow gold. Reference 3430. Circa 1960's. Case diameter 26mm, thickness 6mm, with 18mm lugs. Champagne dial with gold stick hands and markers. Mechanical, manual-wind, 18 jewel movement, signed and numbered, 798117. Calibre 23-300. Case No. 2639427. Caseback marked inside "Patek, Philippe & Co. Geneve Swiss 18K 0.750 2639427 3430" with hallmarks. Worn leather replacement strap installed. Watch has some light scratches on case and caseback with some minor discoloration to right hand edge of dial, otherwise in excellent condition. Running.
