There is pencil initialing reading "EL" to the top right of the stamp, potentially acknowledging receipt. Envelope is still sealed. CONDITION: Excellent, still sealed in the original packaging with a few minor punctures. Some patina acquired over time. Package left sealed and so magazines not examined. A prize for the collector of H&R Reising items. EW
