(A) Manufactured prior to WW1. KAR98A with manufacturers crest and ate removed from receiver ring. Mixed serial numbers and stacking stud removed. Walnut stocks, blue finish , CONDITION. Fair with dark bore with strong rifling. Sanded and refinished stocks. Refinished metal. Mixeds serial numbers. Action operates properly. (B) Uruguayan Model 1902 Remington Rolling Block carbine. Cal 7X57 Mauser. 20-1/2 inch round barrel marked 7mm on top with ladder adjustable rear sight. Saddle ring bare and rig on left side of receiver. Walnut stock with handguard and steel but plate. Serial number found internally on lower tang. CONDITION. Very good as found with frame and exposed barre being worn grey. Bore is good with strong rifling and lightly frosted grooves. The wood is good and sound with worn Uruguayan seal on right side of butt, a small shrinkage crack at tang and a repaired crack in forearm. A very rare little carbine with a properly operating action. tdw
