Lot consists of (A) AC 40 P.38 with all matching numbers. Brown Bakelite 2 piece grips. Correct eagle 359 Waffenampts on right side of receiver. Inverted V dovetailed front sight and U notch rear sight. Correct eight round detachable magazine with eagle 359 Waffenampt. CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 15% of the factory applied blue finish with scattered pitting. Good bore with sharp lands and grooves. Gun functions correctly in both double and single action. (B) HP from the second shipment. Modern Black Bakelite two piece grips. Inverted V dovetailed front sight and U notch rear sight. Correct eight round detachable magazine. CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 90% of the reapplied nickel finish. All the stampings have been removed on the left side of the gun. Good bore with sharp lands and grooves showing some pitting. Gun functions correctly in both double and single action. REW
