Lot consists of (A) Manufactured 1951. Winchester Model 43 Bolt Action rifle chambered for the .218 Bee cartridge. Detachable 5 round magazine with one piece straight grained American walnut stock with checkered steel butt plate. Drilled and tapped for Weaver bases and fitted with 1" Stoeger commercial military pattern shooting sling. CONDITION. Very fine with over 95% factory blue finish remaining. The stock is very fine as has been lightly sanded to remove the varnish finish and now is a rubbed oil finish. The bore is excellent and action operates properly. (B) Manufactured 1956. Savage Model 99 chambered for .243 Winchester. Rotary magazine with cartridge counter window on left side. Two piece checkered walnut stocks. Drilled and tapped for scope use. CONDITION: Very fine with over 96% of the original finish remaining. A small amount of cleanable surface rust is present. The bore is excellent and action operates properly. The stocks are very fine with some very minor marks and bruises. TDW
