Manufactured 1918. Remington-UMC 1911 with 5" barrel, .45 ACP, with phosphate finish. Barrel is marked on top of chamber with intertwined HP inspection. Long wide checkered hammer. Long trigger, two piece checkered walnut grips. Lanyard loop magazine with no markings. Inspected on frame EEC on left side and serial number NO627 on right side. Very short production intended for World War I issue. CONDITION: Very good as period arsenal refinished. Bore is good with slight darkness in groves. Action operates properly. Most all period arsenal phosphate finish remains. TDW
