London 1864, Barnard Brothers, neoclassical style with an urn form body chased and engraved with swags, masks and ribbons between beaded borders, the base, foot, and edge of lid chased with acanthus leaves, the lid with a pineapple finial, the body engraved in two reserves for the Ridgeway Coursing Club, and with a presentation to the winner of the Clifton Cup at Lytham, 1865. Fully marked. (925/1000). Height: 13-1/4". Weight: 39.7 ozt. Provenance: From the Ray Bentley Collection.
