NSKK Marine (Navy) visor cap in a dark blue wool with light wear and damage, to include a half inch area of damage above the eagle where the wire stiffener is broken and exposed. The black ribbed fabric center band has light soiling and both sides being slightly crushed. A gold washed NSKK banner eagle is attached to the top, and a gold bullion wreath and cockade is hand hand applied to the top and band, with light wear to both. The black leather visor with machine sewn edging presents light to moderate wear and damage. The enlisted ranks black patent leather chin cord with black painted steel fittings and gold gilt buttons exhibit light wear. The interior is fully lined in a brown cotton twill with light to moderate wear and staining. Celluloid sweatshield has a two square inch piece missing with several cracks and dents. The light brown leather sweatband has heavy damage with approximately 12 inches of cracks and broken areas. CONDITION: Very good overall. WZ
