Proofed in 1999, this fine shotgun made with 28" Boehler steel barrels that have low profile ventilated matted rib with small red fluorescent red front bead. The round nosed forend is checkered in point pattern with border and has engraved Deeley release and lightly engraved iron. The lightly engraved side lock receiver is coin finished and engraved "P. BERETTA" on sides. The bottom of the frame with gold inlaid "P. BERETTA". Made with single selective trigger, auto ejectors, and non-auto safety. The double rolled edge trigger guard is engraved "SPORTING" on bow and "SO5" at tang. The full knob pistol grip buttstock is checkered in point pattern through the wrist, has fairly thick comb, and terminates with a black pad. The gun is housed in its Beretta brand hard plastic case with plaid interior with choke tubes in the case. CONDITION: Excellent as lightly field used. Retains nearly all original finish to both wood and metal with only minor handling marks and a few impressions in the wood. Bores are bright and shiny, mechanics are crisp. Case is very good.
