Photograph of Ulysses S Grant (1822-1885) by Guille de Nievsky, Paris. Signed on the matte "U.S. Grant" and inscribed beneath, "Given to us by General Grant at Singapore 1879". Ulysses S. Grant served as the 18th President of the United States from 1869-1877. CONDITION: Photograph is curled on one side, matting exhibits toning and foxing, the signature and writing is clear and bright.
