Partial document measuring 6" x 9-1/2", signed "James Monroe" and countersigned "John Quincy Adams" Secretary of State. Affixed to the left side is a Seal Of The United States. James Monroe (1758-1831) was the 5th President of the United States, John Quincy Adams (1867-1848) was the 6th President of the United States. Matted and framed with images of both men. CONDITION: Document is torn at the folds and on the bottom left. Writing is clear and bright. DG
