Stevens "Hunters Pet" tip up Pocket Rifle No. 34. Made from 1872-1900. 18" blued, half octagon to round barrel with Beeches combination fold down front sight. Replacement rear barrel sight, with original sight slot plugged. Tang sight mounted to backstrap. Nickel plated iron frame with 2 piece smooth walnut grips. Detachable, numbers matching nickel plated skeleton shoulder stock. CONDITION: Near excellent with approximately 75-80% original nickel plating with scattered freckling on the frame and shoulder stock. Barrel retains approximately 80% original blue blending with brown patina. Area of pitting at barrel round to octagon transition. Bore is excellent with light abrasion. Action is tight. Grips are excellent showing moderate wear. -MKS-
