From the Al Furstnow catalog 1939-40. "Designed expressly for you who need a good, strong roping saddle, on the furstnow Rocky Mountain Roper Tree. Use it every day in the year for comfort and all-around service. The hand-carved design is particularity handsome". This is a well built low slung roping saddle with a 13" sloped swell seat. CONDITION: Saddle is in above average condition. Stitching is tight and serviceable. Hand carved floral design. All the wool is on the underside. REW
