Half moon front sight, U notch rear sight. Slide number 812531 under firing pin retaining plate. Left side of slide with two line two block patent information with intercepting pony. Barrel with "COLT .45 AUTO" on lower left side, "G" in front of lug. Checkered spurred hammer, long grip safety, checkered left side safety, short checkered trigger, checkered magazine release. Checkered arched mainspring housing with lanyard loop. Frame with Broberg inspection cartouche, P proof, "VP" on trigger guard, and "R" subinspection on trigger guard. Colt fiber grips, left with scoop lightening and no reinforcing ribs, right with reinforcing ribs. Two rivet full blue magazine with "S" on lip for Scoville. CONDITION: Very good as refinished, retaining the vast majority of the refinish with numerous mark from handling and operation, including high edge wear and holster wear. Action works appropriately when operated by hand, bore is excellent with strong rifling and frosting throughout. EW
