Circa 1890's. 33" x 52". Silk and gold bullion banner with central American shield topped by an eagle holding 2 flags. Surrounded by 13 gold bullion work stars with 2 American spreadwing eagles in the upper corners. Woven gold brocade border with bullion fringe. CONDITION: Staining, missing 3 stars. Losses to existing stars, shattering to silk throughout. KK
