A) 1951 Vintage Model-94 Winchester Carbine, serial number 1742339. Chambered in .30-30 WCF. 20-inch round barrel with full length magazine tube. Standard sights. Nicely figured walnut stock and long forearm. Steel checkered shotgun style buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent with 95% original blue remaining. Wood is excellent showing very little wear. The receiver and wood has been coated with some type of clear coating, leaving a high gloss surface. Actually, doesn't look bad! Bore is bright. Action is tight and crisp. B) Remington Model 8. 22-inch round barrel. Chambered in .30 Remington. Standard sights. Plain straight grain walnut stock and forearm. Round knob pistol grip. Black composite buttplate. CONDITION: Very fine overall. Areas of original blue blending with "cold blue". Wood has been lightly sanded, showing modest wear. Bore has strong rifling with modest abrasions. Action is tight and crisp. -MKS-
