Lot consists of (A) Colt MK IV Series 80 Combat Elite with GI style three dot combat sights, full length guide rod, lightened commander style hammer, ambidextrous safeties, extended tabbed slide release, beavertail safety with memory bump, checkered mainspring housing, slide in sheet metal checkered front strap, magazine well. Blued slide, bead blasted frame polished on the flats. Normal proofs on trigger guard. Accompanied by an unassociated Sig grey case with a cleaning kit. CONDITION: Very good, showing some normal marking throughout from handling and operation. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is very good with strong rifling. (B) Colt Series 70, blue finish, with Bo-Mar aristocrat style rib for target shooting. Short serrated trigger, Pachmayr wraparound grips. Comes in the Colt wood grain box with an extra 9mm magazine. Trigger with virtually no take up and crisp break. CONDITION: Very good, showing signs of gentle use and care. Retains the vast majority of the factory bluing with a few minor marks scattered about Bo-Mar sight with some spots of silver from use. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is excellent, bright and shiny, with sharp lands and grooves. Box is complete but with several areas of abrasion, aprons are rough but complete.
