Lot consists of: (A) Uberti "High Wall" single shot falling block rifle with the original box. Made in Italy, as a close copy of the original Browning "High Wall" single shot rifle. Octagonal barrel with a high polish blued finish. Case hardened receiver and lever assembly. Smooth finish hardwood stock, with a cupped buttplate. Traditional adjustable rear sight on the tang. Comes with the original matching box, no manual. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% or more of its original finish with a few scattered handling marks. Stock is near excellent with some scattered handling marks and blemishes. Bore is clean with sharp rifling. Mechanically excellent. Box is good with general wear on the edges and discoloration. (B) Browning Model 1885 Low Wall single shot rifle with original box. Made in Japan circa 1998 and imported by "Browning Arms Company Morgan Utah". Standard round barrel that turns to octagon starting at the end of the forearm, and then back to the receiver. Matte blued finish with a case hardened receiver and lever. Smooth finished hardwood stock with a traditional cupped buttplate. Standard leaf sight on the barrel, in addition to an adjustable peep sight on the tang. Comes with the original matching box. CONDITION: Metal retains 97% of its original finish with few handling marks. Stock is excellent with minor dents and scratches. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling left. Mechanically fine. Box is very good overall. JWA
