Manufactured 1968 at Royal Factory Ishapore, India. Late version of the SMLE rifle chambered for the 7.62 NATO cartridge. 10 round detachable magazine with full length military walnut stocks with swivels. Drift adjustable front sight with elevation adjustable rear sight. Black epoxy finished. These were the last arsenal produced military bolt action rifles used by any major military force. CONDITION: Good with matching numbers on receiver and bolt. Bore is good and action operates properly. Wood is typical oil stained and numerous bruises from use and storage. A great shootable example of the final SMLE rifle. TDW
