1902 vintage Model 1894 Winchester, serial number 247191. Standard 26" round barrel with full length magazine tube. Chambered in desirable .38-55 cartridge. Plain straight grain walnut stock and forearm. Shotgun style butt with checkered, black composite buttplate. CONDITION: Fine overall. Metal is mostly a grey/brown patina. Wood is sound, has been lightly sanded with a coat of finish added. Bore is beginning to turn dark, with good rifling. Action is little sticky however, tight. -MKS-
