Scarce Whitney "Two Trigger" Pocket Revolver. Made 1852-1854 for a total production of 650, this one is serial Number 8. The front trigger releases and locks the cylinder as it is manually turned. .32 caliber percussion, 5-shot cylinder. Blue with brass frame. 2-piece walnut grips. CONDITION: Very fine overall with traces of silver on the brass frame. Brass is a pleasing mustard color patina. Balance of gun is a dove grey patina. Bore is dark. Action operates properly. Grips are excellent with varnish flaking. Factory acid etched detail on cylinder is clear. -MKS-
