DWM 1900 Swiss Luger semi-automatic pistol with holster. Made at DWM in Germany on contract for Switzerland. "DWM" marked in script on the toggle. Swiss cross in sunburst crest on the chamber. No import mark found. Swiss cross proof on the left side of the chamber. Matching serials on the visible numbered parts. Blade front sight and U-notch rear. Factory blued and straw finishes. Checkered wood grips are numbered and matching. Nickel finished tin magazine with wood bottom and is un-numbered. Includes an original brown leather holster with shoulder strap. Holster is marked with a boxed "(swiss cross) / B" on the back, in addition to faint maker's marks, looking to be "SATTLER/BERN". An "03" is marked on the rear as well. CONDITION: Metal retains 80% of its blued finish with light wear. Straw finish rates at about 85%. Grips are very good with light wear. Bore is shiny with strong rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine is excellent. Holster and strap have light wear and crazing. Stitching is tight. JWA
CORRECTION: This gun is chambered in 7.65x21mm Parabellum, not 8mm as previously stated.
