Featured in the book "POLICE LUGERS" on page 110-111. This 1920 property marked gun has the police sear safety and the magazine safety. The magazine safety has been repaired after it was clipped. It is unit marked "S.M.286." witch is for Schutzpolizei Munster. Gun has been arsenal reworked and has two "(Eagle) 6" Simpson proof marks at the bottom of the stock lug. Both matching numbered magazines have an "(Eagle) 6" Simpson proof mark and are numbered 1 and 2. Number 1 magazine has an aluminum bottom and number 2 has a wood bottom. It is an all matching numbers gun. The hold open and grips are not numbered. It comes in an "L.Z.A BERMAN" World War I military holster that is unit marked to the gun on the back of the holster. CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 96% of the arsenal refinished blue. Checkered grip panels show normal wear. There are no chips or cracks in them. Bore shows some pitting in the lands and grooves. The holster buckle is separated from the holster. The toe of the holster has the stitching separated. REW
