Inglis HI-Power semi-automatic pistol with shoulder stock. Made July 1945. Canadian "crossed flags" proof on the right side of the frame. Small import mark on the right side of the frame, behind the proof mark. Serials on the barrel, slide and frame all match. Left side of the slide is marked "MK.I*/BROWNING FN 9mm. HP INGLIS CANADA". Front blade sight with a tangent rear. Metal parts retain their original parkerized finish. Black plastic grips with fine checkering. Correct unnumbered magazine is marked "JI" on both body and floor plate. Includes correct stock with "S.A.LTD./1945" marked on the right side and "MADE IN CANADA" on the left hand side under the hinge plate. Attached to the stock is what looks to be an original belt attachment. CONDITION: Metal retains 85% of its original finish with mild wear and handling marks. Grips are very good with light scratches and handling marks. Clean bore with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Stock is very good with a few handling marks. JWA
