1933 Police Luger with sear safety installed. The frame has been drilled for a magazine block that is not present. Simpson proofed barrel, so it was rebuilt in the Weimar period. The front toggle link is marked "DWM" in script. The safety is marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position and the extractor is marked "GELADEN". Schmeisser Haenel marked on the spine of the magazine. Magazine is numbered to the gun with a Starburst S proof. 2 piece grip panels are numbered to the gun. The hold open device is number 20 and does not match the gun; sear is also mismatched and is number 07. It comes in a 1918 converted military holster. CONDITION: Gun retrains 88% of the arsenal applied blue finish and 60% straw color on the small parts. Grips show normal wear. Bore has some slight frosting in the lands and grooves. The holster is in fair shape. The loading tool pouch stitching has come loose. The pull up strap has been removed. REW
