In 1937 Mauser changed from straw small parts to all blue guns. This is an all blue gun. The last number in serial number on the left side of the receiver has been factory over stamped. The receiver is turning a plum color. Mostly matching numbers gun including one original magazine. The left grip is number 07 and the right grip has been glued back together and is unnumbered. 1937 stamped over the chamber and S/42 on the front toggle link. It comes in a brown holster that is numbered to the gun. CONDITION: Gun retains 90% of the factory applied blue finish. Bright and shiny bore with sharp lands and grooves. Checkered wood grips have been slightly sanded to take the sharpness off of the checkering. The holster has a few spots of wear. Stitching is tight and serviceable. There is an extra unnumbered magazine in the holster. REW
