Extremely rare with an estimate of 200 being manufactured. There is an Eagle N proof on the left side of the receiver. left side of frame, top of the breech block and the bottom of the barrel. All of the small parts have the Eagle 2 proof mark on them. There is no rejection star under the grips, so this is one of the guns that was made for the commercial contract. Ritzman brown plastic grips. The side plate is the only part with the last two numbers of the serial number on it. If you read it one way it is correct 08, but the eagle 2 proof mark is upside down. If you read it the other way with the proof mark right side up the serial number is 80. We feel because of the condition of this gun and it not being a rejected gun that it is all matching numbers, to include one of the extruded magazines. It comes with a "GEBRUBER KLIAGE / DRESDEN / 1937 / WaA142" black military holster. CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 93% of the factory original blue finish with the straw small parts being 70%. Bright and shiny bore with sharp lands and grooves. Grips are crisp with sharp checkering. Stitching on the holster is bright, tight and serviceable. It has the normal scuffs and scratches on the outside of the holster. A gun that does not come along too often. REW
