(A) Manufactured 1891. Springfield Model 1888 Trapdoor Rifle with rod bayonet, one piece trigger guard , 3 position tumbler and EAA 1891 stock cartouche. Blue finish with case colored breech block. Trap but with cleaning tools in trap. Comes with one piece leather sling. CONDITION. Very good with excellent bore. Wood is very good with small bruises and some scratches but very good. Leather sling is supple (B) Manufactured 1888. Model 1994 Trapdoor Springfield with Buffington rear sight 3 position tumblr, blue finished barrel and hardware with case colored breech. Cmes with 1873 socket bayonet. CONDITION. Good with oil stained stock with excellent bore and exterior is a brown patina. Stock has numerous bruises and scratches but good and solid and void of cartouche. tdw
