Lot consists of: (A) Winchester Model 20 single barrel shotgun. Made in 1920. Barrel has been shortened. Smooth bore round steel barrel with a front bead sight. Blued finish on the barrel and frame. Original hardwood stock set with a lacquered finish. Stock set looks to have been refinished at some point. "Winchester" marked buttplate. Full choke, 2 - 1/2" chamber. CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its original finish with most wear on the frame. Stock is very good with minor wear and handling marks. Bore is shiny. Tight action. Mechanically fine. (B) Deutsche Werke Erfurt single shot rifle. Made in inter-war Germany before being shipped to America. Marked "Germany", on the right side of the loading lever, indicating importation. Commercial proofs and the caliber "5.4mm" marked under the barrel. Round steel barrel with a front post and v-notch rear sight. Blued finish on the barrel and frame. Rifle was refinished at some point. Wood stock with the company logo, "DS" in a circle, on the left hand side of the stock. No buttplate. CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its finish with light handling marks. Stock is good overall with numerous dents and scratches. Bore is clean with sharp rifling. Mechanically fine. (C) Stevens Ideal Rifle No.44 Made 1894-1933. Mid production gun, most likely early 1900s. Part octagon, part round steel barrel with a blade front sight and leaf rear. Blued finish on the barrel and frame. Upper tang is drilled for a peep sight. Original wood with c-shaped butt plate. CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its original finish with mild wear and handling marks. Stock is good overall with mild wear, handling scratches and dings. Hand guard is missing a chunk out of the left side, top edge. Bore is clean with sharp rifling. Mechanically fine. JWA
