Lot consists of: A) Marlin Model 92 lever action rifle made between 1895 and 1916. Blued full octagon barrel with buckhorn adjustable rear sight and blade front sight. Full tubular magazine with case hardened action. Takedown case hardened receiver with factory drilled plugged holes for sight mounting. Walnut plain stock with steel buttplate. B) Marlin Model 1889 lever action rifle made from 1889 to 1899. Blued full octagon barrel with buckhorn rear sight and blade front. Full magazine with case hardened receceiver marked "Marlin Safety". Walnut plain stock with steel crescent buttplate. CONDITION: A) Overall good with finish turning an aged plum color. Wood has traces of original finish with usage marks and dings. Shootable bore with good mechanics. B) Blued parts turning plum with case turning a brown color. Wood has been lightly sanded with added coat of finish. Shootable bore and good mechanics. DLM
