Springfield Armory National Match M1A semi automatic rifle. Pre ban early Texas built rifle made in 1974. Saco-Lowell National Match standard profile barrel dated 1969 and marked "NM" on the top. National match rear sight is marked "NM/2A". Operating rod is "SAK" marked (Saco-Lowell), while bolt is "TRW" marked with a "ZK" suffix. "HR" marked trigger group. All metal parts retain a light military parkerized finish. Military M14 hardwood stock with a "DOD Eagle" in a square box. Selector switch area has been filled in. Rack number "100" above the buttplate. Fiberglass hand guard and flip up buttplate as well. Includes one Checkmate Industries 20 round magazine, canvas web sling and butt stock cleaning kit. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with mild wear and handling marks. Oil finished stock is excellent with a few minor handling marks. Bore is shiny with sharp rifling. Mechanically excellent. Magazine is excellent. JWA
