Beaded hair-drop Eastern Plains or Prairie. Here is a fabulous side stitched beaded hair-drop, including the hair tie in piece. Ladies of the tribe would use these hair drops as personal adornments during dances. They would tie them into their hair displaying the design and then dance. While dancing the hair drop would undulate back and forth. The beads and work here is circa 1890 to 1910. Beautiful rare item.
