Stunning McKenney & Hall original hand colored lithograph of "NE-SOU-A-Quoit A Fox Chief " Philadelphia E.C. Biddle 1837. Original painting was done by Charles Bird King. Size 12-1/2" x 16-1/2". Overall 31-1/2" x 35-1/2". The Chief is portrayed in a white wolf skin with red backing underneath. He is wearing what appears to be a Thomas Jefferson peace medal and many rows of wampum both necklaces and earrings. Piece is presented beautifully in an oak and gold leaf frame. CONDITION: Excellent with note to some very faint foxing. CG
