McKenney & Hall original hand colored lithograph of "CHON-MIN-I-CASE an Otto Half Chief", F.W. Greenough, Philadelphia, 1838. Artist initials A.H. Site 12" x 17". Overall 17-1/4" x 22-1/4". The Chief is wrapped in a buffalo hide and is wearing his finest accouterments; a bear claw necklace, silver peace medal and arm bands, early trader blue beads and what appears to be a wampum necklace and earrings along with a silver or nickel silver base buffalo horn headdress. CONDITION: Very good with note to the foxing lines across the image. CG
