Rare engraved Meriden Firearms Model 15 pump action tube magazine .22 rifle. Blued octagon barrel with adjustable rear sight and blade front. Blued highly engraved takedown receiver with rabbits and squirrels with floral scroll work. Most likely William Gough engraved, who worked for Meriden and Parker Brothers among others. Walnut checkered stock with blued steel buttplate. Walnut checkered slide handle. This model was later adapted by Savage at the demise of the Meriden Firearms Company. Rare gun with condition. CONDITION: 80% original blue with some scratches on top of receiver. Small blemish on receiver with corners worn to silver. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
