Lot consists of: (A) Winchester Model 12 slide action shotgun made in 1951. Blued Winchester Proof Steel barrel with ventilated rib and bead front sight. Blued engraved takedown receiver with dogs on left and dog and bird on right with "Pigeon" engraved on magazine tube. Walnut checkered feather crotch pistol grip stock with Winchester buttplate. Large diamond pattern checkered forearm. CONDITION: 90% overall finish remaining from a total refinish and upgrading to a Pigeon Grade Model 12. Gun has added rib and upgraded wood and engraving. Beautiful work but not original. Good bore and mechanics. (B) Winchester Model 12 slide action shotgun made in 1955. Blued plain barrel with bead front sight. Blued takedown receiver with ribbed sight plane. Rough finish three-shot magazine tube. Walnut plain pistol grip stock with Winchester logo black plastic buttplate. Walnut flat bottom corrugated slide handle. CONDITION: 80% original blue with light surface rust. 60% original varnish with some scratches and dings from hunting use. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
