Z code in serial number, indicating a 1969 Safari grade on Sako Medium action. Barrel made without sights, two filler screws are present forward of the second stage of barrel taper. Browning 2-7 variable power scope with T post reticle. Monte Carlo comb stock checkered through forearm in point pattern and at pistol grip in two panels of point pattern. Plastic buttplate with Browning name. Sling eyes at loe and forearm mounted with a leather sling with embossed basketweave pattern. CONDITION: Very good as used. Barrel with some minor marks from handling and operation; wood with somewhat more, including one gouge on through checkering on right side of forearm, and some rash at toe. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is excellent with sharp rifling. Glass is clear but a little hazy and may clean. EW
