Brain tanned leather with fringe on sides, bottom and sleeves of the shirt and rows of hair locks down the front and back. Overlaid over the shoulders and across the sleeves with ocher, red and orange quilled panels applied with cotton thread. Front and back displaying rectangular bibs worked with 6 rows of white and red quill work. Red wool piping at the collar and a row of decorative holes circling the breast of the shirt. CONDITION: The shirt shows moderate use and displays a few minor repairs. The leather is supple and pliable. There is some scattered quill loss and damage. REW
