Box of 130 period photographs, many of them original and unpublished. "Iron Eyes Cody" was a well known western actor, best known for his 1971 Keep America Beautiful "Crying Indian" commercial. Most of the photos have personal notations on them in Iron Eye's hand. The photographs document many of his appearances throughout the years. Of particular note are photographs with Joan Crawford, Will Greer and son, Gene Autry, Ben Johnson, Eddie Dean and Herve Villechaize. The majority of the photographs date from the 1960's and 70's. Also included are two watercolors of Iron Eyes. 6-1/4" x 9". CONDITION: Very good. CG
