Comes with original driver and three rear police passengers. Embossed "Kenton Toys, Ohio" on inside frame and "Patrol" in gold lettering on both sides of rear. Original white rubber tires with red wooden hubs. Some chipping and wear throughout, especially to rear base where figures lay.
