Lot consists of: (A) Screw barrel single-shot percussion pistol made in London, England circa 1850. Octagonal blued barrel with engraved brass frame marked "Rogers" on left side and "London" on the right. Walnut fine checkered grip with silver diamond thumbpiece. Steel trigger guard with shaped trigger. Comes in old two-piece cigar box with "Wm. Allen Bankers" printed on it. CONDITION: Steel parts turning a silvery patina with brass turning a golden patina. Grips have traces of finish with checkering starting to wear flat. Shootable bore with barrel stuck on frame and trigger not holding half-cock. (B) Rich and Hollis manufactured miniature screw barrel single-shot percussion pistol made in London, England circa 1850. Round Damascus screw barrel with nickel-plated engraved frame marked "Rich & Hollis" on left-hand side and "London" on the right. Walnut plain grips with engraved German silver butt and fold down trigger. CONDITION: Steel parts turning a silvery patina with barrel stuck on frame. 50% nickel with some flaking. Shootable bore with trigger having some cocking issues. DLM
