Very fine example of an M3 fighting knife in an M6 scabbard. CONDITION: The blade is very clean and retains almost all of its phosphate finish. There are a few scattered scratches on the surface that are typical from being removed from the scabbard. The guard has a nice patina and is crisply marked "U.S / M3 / BOKER". The 8 groove stacked leather handle is tight and retains its original russet brown color. The pommel is stamped with the correct flaming bomb ordnance logo that remains crisp. The M6 leather scabbard is marked "U.S. M6 / BARWOOD / 1943". The scabbard retains all of its original components and the snap is functioning. The leather is still pliable and is in very good condition with no major imperfections or tears. Overall Excellent Condition. JD
