Factory nickel plated Remington New Model Navy 6 shot revolver factory converted to .38 Rimfire. Made from 1863 to 1875. Factory nickel octagon barrel with "Patented Sept 14 1858; E. Remington and Sons Ilion, New York U.S.A.; New Model" on top flat. Half moon blade front sight with notched top strap rear sight. Nickel plated frame and cylinder with factory rimfire conversion. Walnut 2 piece grips. CONDITION: 85% nickel finish remaining with light turn mark on cylinder, some surface pitting and brass showing through on trigger guard. Beautiful bore with crisp mechanics. A great well cared for revolver. DLM
