Lot consists of: (A) W. Weisgebrer pre-World War II Drilling made in St. Wendel, Saarland, Germany circa 1910. Krupp Steel blued barrels with matted rib, bead front sight, and notched rear sight. Barrels have tonnage markings on barrel flats possibly an export gun. Game scene engraved round body action with side lever opener and top lever barrel selector with external hammers and back action game scene engraved locks. Double triggers and extractors with front trigger being a set trigger. Walnut checkered round knob pistol grip stock with cheekpiece, sling swivels and horn buttplate. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with latch release. CONDITION: 70% remaining of an old refinish with pits and dents covered by blue with balance fading to a silvery patina. Dents not visible inside barrel. Action has sharp engraving with 80% remaining hand-rubbed finish on stock with small chip missing by lock. Good bores with good mechanics. (B) H. Leve Hofbuchsenmacher Berlin made Drilling made pre-World War II. Blued "Nitro Steel" blued barrels with matted rib, blade front sight, and flip-up rear sight. Gun has double triggers, extractors, and front set trigger. Round body scroll engraved action with back action locks with external hammers and underlever opening system. Walnut round knob pistol grip stock with cheekpiece and horn buttplate. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with latch release. CONDITION: Overall fair with blue fading to brown and some light surface pitting. Action colors fading to brown patina. Wood has usage marks and dings with traces of original hand-rubbed finish. Shootable bores with good mechanics. DLM
