Lot consists of: (A) Mauser Model 1893 Spanish Pattern bolt action rifle made for the "Orange Free State" in South African Boer War. Made by "Deutsche Waffen-und-Munitionsfabriken- Berlin" (DWM). Blued barrel with flip-up rear sight and blade front. Receiver marked "O.V.S." for "Oranje Vrij Staat" with bent down bolt handle. Walnut full military stock marked "O.V.S." near receiver on left side. Roughly 18,000 made. CONDITION: Overall good with crack near bayonet band. Added coat of stock finish. Missing cleaning rod. Good bore and mechanics. (B) Polish-made Model WZ-29 bolt action rifle made in the 1930's at the Radom factory for use in the Spanish Civil War. Blued barrel with adjustable rear sight and protected blade front sight. Military finished unmarked receiver except for serial number which matches straight handled bolt. Walnut wood stock with side and regular sling swivel loops. Iron hardware with illegible stock number. Comes with Russian style canvas sling. Import marked. CONDITION: Overall good with 70% original arsenal finish. Stock has oil-soaked appearance with light handling marks and dings. Missing cleaning rod. Good bore and mechanics. (C) Chinese made "Chiang Kai-Shek" short bolt action rifle made in China from 1936 to 1949 and similar to the German "Standard Modell". Blued barrel with adjustable rear sight and blade front sight. Import marked. Blued receiver with Chinese arsenal markings on receiver and mismatched straight bolt. Walnut finger groove stock with Chinese characters near buttplate and a finger-groove stock. Iron hardware with steel cleaning rod and leather carrying strap. CONDITION: Overall poor with heavy usage marks and stock that has been cleaned. Shootable bore with good mechanics. DLM
