Lot contains: (A) Luftwaffe double-barrel 26.5mm flare gun marked "gpt 1943", "L", barrel markings of "4" with an eagle proof. Flare pistol retains 90-95% of its black finish, with the usual wear on the front of the barrels and receiver sides. Dark brown bakelite grips and phosphate finished parts exhibit light wear. Lower barrel release does not function properly as breech opens without its use. CONDITION: Excellent. (B) US military issue 37mm M-8 flare pistol marked "MWCS, US PROPERTY, PISTOL PYROTECHNIC, M-8" with light patina over 45-50% of its parkerized finish. Black plastic grips exhibit light wear, and black painted back strap retains 80-85% of its finish, with a serial number present. CONDITION: Very good plus. (C) US Navy 10-gauge flare pistol marked "USN' on its black plastic grip, and "SIGNAL PISTOL MARK 5 R. F. SEDGLEY, INC 1944". Pistol retains 95+% of its finish. Included is a olive web holster marked "SIGNAL PISTOL HOLSTER Mk. 5" with "S/V IONA" and "STAATS" written in black. CONDITION: Excellent to near mint. WZ
