"VHE" Grade double barrel shotgun made by Parker Brothers in Meriden, Connecticut in 1917. Blued "Vulcan Steel" barrels with matted rib, brass bead sight and ejectors. No. 1-1/2 case hardened line engraved frame with double triggers and automatic safety. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with Parker grip cap and Parker "Widow's Peak" Parker logo buttplate. Walnut checkered splinter type forearm with latch release. Nice "VHE " Parker. CONDITION: 90% original blue on barrels. 70% vivid case colors with wear on carry areas. Screws have been turned. 80% original varnish with light handling marks. Vanity plate has initials "AR". Checkering is visible with light wear. Gun locks up tight with mirror bores and great mechanics. A great honest Parker. DLM
