"E" stamped at top of firing pin retaining plate channel. Barrel with P proof over chamber. Checkered slide release with relief cut, left side only safety, magazine release, and spurred hammer. Short 1911 grip safety, smooth flat mainspring housing with lanyard loop. Truncated diamond walnut grips. Left side of dust cover with "UNITED STATES PROPERTY", EEC inspection, and a slightly double stamped "(Eagle) / E1". "E" stamped on left side of trigger guard and underside of mainspring housing.
