Springfield Model 1903A1 bolt action rifle made in 1934. Blue-black finish barrel with "SA", flaming bomb, and "3-33" markings. Banded blade front sight with flip-up rear adjustable sight. Blue-black finished action marked "US Springfield Armory Model 1903" with electropenciled serial numbered, swept-back bolt. Walnut "C" style stock with pistol grip with "P" in circle on pistol grip. "L.T.T." inspector mark on left side and "S" over an "O" in cutoff switch recess. Number "14" on right side of stock. Blue-black metal stock parts with milled trigger guard and checkered buttplate with original oiler in butt. CONDITION: 90% of an arsenal finish left with stock having an oil-soaked appearance. Hard gun to find. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
